We offer Bin Cleaning services on a 2 or 4 weekly rota basis.  If you are a new customer, then we will carry out a deep clean first.
 
We use a purpose built machine which conforms to current environment agency and Seven Trent water regulations.

THE ONLY COMPANY IN THE AREA THAT USES HOT WATER

We use hot, steamy pressurised water that reaches up to 70°c to provide a deep clean, which will leave your bin(s) smelling clean and fresh as a daisy!  We dispose of all waste and water correctly as advised and approved by the local council authorities and Severn Trent.  All our water is full recycled and not dumped on the road.
 
First Bin clean (for new customers) just £5 for a deep clean using 70°c hot pressurised water that guarantees a great clean then just £3.00 every 2 or 4 weeks after that.
Payments can be made via Direct Debit (every 8 weeks) see below for more information. We can also take payments by bank transfer.

STEP 1 - BIN CLEANING REQUEST ENQUIRY

If you would like to become a new customer and wish to enquire about your bin being cleaned with us, then please enter your details on the NEW CUSTOMER – BIN CLEANING REQUEST FORM.  Please complete all the details where applicable.

We will then liaise with you to check if we can service your area and get you on the books.  This will include a direct debit link for payments.

STEP 2 - NEW / EXISTING CUSTOMER

Please ensure that you complete the BIN CLEANING REQUEST FORM

Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm that you have been set-up as a new customer, we will include a direct debit link in the reply email.

Once you have set-up your direct debit, we will subscribe to you to the relevant payment plan.  You will be emailed with the plan of dates of when the payments are due to be taken out of your account every 8 weeks.

EXISTING CUSTOMER

If you are an existing customer, then we would like you to pay for your bill via Direct Debit.

We would prefer if you would set-up a direct debit as this will make it easier for you and ourselves.  To do this, please click on the DIRECT DEBIT button below.

DIRECT DEBIT INFORMATION

When  setting up the Direct Debit mandate, you will be asked for your name / company, bank details and address.  Once this has been set-up, we will then attach the payment plan.  You will be emailed with all the details via Go-Cardless.
